DMCA Policy for GPL Stock

At GPL Stock (gplstock.com), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws, we have adopted a policy of removing, or disabling access to, material that we believe in good faith infringes upon the copyrights of others. This document outlines our DMCA Policy.

1. Notification of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded, posted, or made available on the GPL Stock website without your authorization, you may submit a notice of infringement with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail so that we can locate it on the site;
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Response to Notifications

Upon receiving a compliant notification of claimed infringement, GPL Stock will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged use from the GPL Stock website or disabling access to it.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or you believe you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material; and
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which GPL Stock may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

4. Removal of Material

GPL Stock reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content and terminate accounts for users who infringe, or appear to infringe, the intellectual property rights of others.
